To capture the real emotions people feel when they touch, feed or bond with exotic animals, we created Get the Real Feels,™ which focused on candid, pure, in-the-moment reactions through the universally-recognized iMessage-style bubbles. This gave the brand a modern touch, but more importantly, it was an authentic and genuine way to bring our messaging to life. It mirrored the intimacy and connection of the encounters themselves — reading less like an ad, and more like something you'd get from a close friend.

DAD: Hey honey, it’s me. We’re on the way home from Tanganyika—
KID: Mommy, guess what?! I just met an otter. A real live otter! His name was Wasabi and he was soooo silly and had little paws. He was playing and splashing in the water and making everyone laugh! (giggles) And Mommy, he looked at me with the cutest eyes ever. Can we pretty please go back together? Pretty please, Mommy?
