Iris is a virtual behavioral health partner that helps organizations scale care without sacrificing quality, visibility or control. When they came to us for a brand story, they were operating as a telehealth provider. But the more we understood their model, the more we realized that label just didn’t cut it. It felt dated — dragging along old-school connotations of glitchy tech, impersonal visits and disconnected care.
To drop the baggage, we created a totally new category that matched their innovation. PsyberHealth™ was easy to understand, impossible to confuse and distinct enough for Iris to own.
